Each condo is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully furnished and
decorated.
There is one condo upstairs and one condo downstairs in the middle of
Cocoa Beach. They are fully furnished and ready for you and your
toothbrush.
Kitchens are equipped with DISHWASHER, STOVE, MICROWAVE and
a full compliment of kitchen supplies.
We have Cable TV, DSL Service and Phone AND each unit has
a full sized washer and dryer.
Each unit has a queen sized bed in one bedroom. The second bedroom
has either a full bed or two single beds. All linens are provided. You
just need your toothbrush!
The complex has a heated pool, private beach, tennis court, shuffle
board and bocci ball.
Come watch the beautiful sunsets and the space shuttle launches from
the balcony, living room or beach!
